• What is the entire process of buying a 2-wheeler from 2WheelR?
  You can visit our bike catalog on www.2wheelr.com, and book a bike by paying an advance of Rs. 1000/- as a booking fee (refundable) which is valid for the next 3 days.  If you like the bike, the booking amount will be adjusted in your billing. If you do not like the bike, we will refund the advance paid ONLY if you visit within the next 3 days of booking the bike. If you fail to visit the showroom for a test ride within the next 3 days, your advance will be forfeited and your booking will be null and void.

• What brands do you have available at 2WheelR?
  We deal in all kinds of used two-wheelers from budget-friendly, refurbished 2-wheelers to higher-end, premium bikes as well usually starting at Rs. 30,000/- and above.

• How do I find out how old a particular 2W is?
  The year of manufacture will be written along with the model on our website. Please check the bike description page for more details about that bike.

• What details about the 2-Wheeler are listed on the website?
  Make, model, year, kilometers driven, etc. You may find the detailed report, specification, and inspection report of each bike available in the bike (product) description.

• How does 2WheelR price the 2-Wheelers listed on its platform?
  Every bike has a market value depending on various parameters like the year of manufacture, distance traveled, ownership, etc. We keep these factors in mind while pricing each 2W on our website.

• Why is it important to choose a certified used 2W?
  2WheelR refurbishes each and every bike that is bought and certifies it to ensure the quality of the bike so that you can ride without any hassles and worries!

• How do I ensure that the preowned 2W I am purchasing from 2WheelR is in good condition?
  All our bikes are refurbished and certified by our expert mechanics to ensure the quality of our vehicles. You can see the detailed inspection report on the product description of each bike on our website.

• What additional measures or precautions do I need to take while buying a used 2W? 

If you are buying from us, we will take care of all the necessary procedures and paperwork to ensure a hassle-free experience for you so that the transfer of ownership happens smoothly.                                                                        

• Are all your used 2Ws inspected?
  Yes

• What do you check for during the inspection of the vehicle?
  We have a 50+ checkpoint list for every vehicle that we procure. All bikes are thoroughly checked and verified which are then insured and certified by our quality assurance team.

• Where do I need to come to test drive the 2W?
  At any of our showroom outlets. Currently, we have 6 stores in Pune in Kharadi, Rasta Peth, Magarpatta, Wakad, Kothrud, and Undri.

• Do I need to pay for the test drive?                                                                                                            
  We provide free test rides (at 2WheelR stores only), but if you want to reserve a bike then you need to pay a booking fee of Rs. 1000/- which is refundable provided you visit within 72 hours of booking the bike.
  
  

• What is a Token amount and why is it required?
  Rs. 1000/- is taken by us to book your preferred bike for a maximum of 72 hours from the time of booking to reserve the bike for you.

• What if I don't come to inspect the bike in 3 days?
  If you fail to come and inspect the bike within 3 days, you will forfeit the advance booking fee to us and the booking will become null and void.

• Is the booking fee refundable?
  Yes, if you visit the showroom within 3 days and do not like the 2-wheeler, we will refund the money to you within 7 days. 

• What documents do I need to submit to buy a 2W?
  ID Card, 2 address proofs (Aadhar card/ Passport/ Driving license), photographs.

• Do you provide finance and loan options?
  Yes. We have finance partners who finance up to 85%. We are tied up with IDFC and BikeBazaar for the same.

• Will 2WheelR help me in getting a bike loan to fund my purchase?
  Yes, we have a dedicated team for the same.

• Will the 2W that I buy from 2WheelR come with Insurance?
  Yes, we only provide 3rd party insurance.

• Does 2WheelR provide any warranty on the bikes?
  Yes, a 30 days warranty is provided on the engine (mopeds only-150cc and below) and on the gearbox only. Any refurbishment or service done post 30 days will be charged to the customer. 2WheelR will not be held responsible for the condition of the bike after 30 days of purchase. The customer must take a test ride and thoroughly inspect the bike before the final purchase.

• What should I check before paying the final amount and collecting my 2W?
  You will receive a delivery note as a confirmation of the transaction done with 2WheelR.

• How will the ownership of the 2W be transferred?
  We take care of the ownership transfer and paperwork free of cost. The ownership transfer takes at least 60-90 days and is at the sole discretion of the RTO. 

• How does 2WheelR procure a bike?
  We procure our bikes directly from verified sellers. We procure our bikes directly from verified sellers. Our experts refurbish the bikes to ensure your ride is as good as new.

• Are all your bikes 2WheelR certified?
  Yes, all our bikes are certified. Each bike undergoes meticulous technical inspection followed by an RTO background check.

• Who will handle the document transfer?
  2WheelR will handle the document transfer process for you.
  
  
  
• What is the time duration for document transfer once the bike is booked?
  The RC transfer of your two-wheeler can take around 60-90 working days.
  
  Note:

This timeline will begin from the 7th day post your purchase provided all the required documents have been received by then.

The Registration Certificate (RC) transfer process is regulated by government rules. We have to follow the statutory process at the local RTO office and that could be time-consuming and slow-moving. While most of the RC transfers are completed within 60-90 working days, some may get delayed due to issues beyond our control. We kindly request your patience while we prioritize your request.

Throughout the RC transfer process, you can visit www.vahan.parivahan.gov.in to check the live status of your Two Wheeler RC. Once the RC Transfer is successful, the RTO will courier your documents by post to your specified location.


                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

• Once the payment is made, what is the estimated delivery time for the bike to be delivered
  The bike is delivered immediately after the full payment for the bike is made.
  
  

 

• What are the modes of payment for buying the bike?
  We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
  
  

 

• Is the price of the bike negotiable?
  No. We operate on a fixed-price model and do not give discounts over and above the prices mentioned on the website.
